The Service is an applicant tracking system provided under Mawhub to help organizations manage recruitment, candidate profiles, and hiring workflows.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Violating any laws or regulations
  • Accessing unauthorized data
  • Interfering with the security or performance of the Service
  • Collecting data from other users without consent

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content, features, and software are owned by Tal Platform and/or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute content without permission.

The Service may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., Google authentication, email, cloud hosting). Their own terms and policies apply.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Tal Platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
